8. Uses differentiated, developmentally appropriate learning experiences to address learners gender, needs, strengths, interest and experiences.



All of our students are unique and they all have different sets of skill, behavior and personalities. Hence we can say that they have different ways of learning. So as teachers, we must find ways in order to cater to the different needs and learning styles of these children. As examples, I used outdoor learning and normal classroom learning.
