15. Manages classroom structure to engage learners, individually or in groups, in meaningful exploration, discovery and hands-on activities with a range of physical learning environments.

At first, the classroom was arranged in a way that the teacher is the center of the classroom where each student faces the teacher and they are all arranged in 3 groups.

But as days went by I tried to arrange the classroom sitting arrangements in a way where they can work together as a group and that they are all able to interact with one another. This way, children can develop skills such as working in a group and socializing with their peers. Not only that but I arrange them in a way where each members compliments the other team member. In every group there is a fast learner and slow at the same time. making it not biased when doing group activities.
