When it comes to discipline, we
need to find ways on how we can discipline our pupils without using violence and
any other form of punishments as this can act as a nuisance for the child to
learn.
As a teacher, I ensure that my
class in motivating enough in order to get children’s attention so that they
would not have time to misbehave but children would be children and sometimes
me might not be aware but they are already doing something that they shouldn’t.
So as teachers, we really need to
be prepared for the worse and always be calm during our lesson. This would help
us to think clearly and to not act rashly during such situations.
