Of course in teaching, there shall
be no baseness among the students and that everyone should be dealt with with
fairness. And not only that but also you
need to care for the individual students that you have.
As for me I can say that I have a
special place in my heart for each and every one of my students. Having a
personal relationship with them helps you understands them better and know how
they think and therefore we would be able to teach them with the right
strategies by knowing their strengths and weaknesses.
