5. Uses strategies for providing timely, accurate and constructive feedback to improve learning performance.



As was said before, using different strategies is important in planning and executing the lesson as it would help the children to learn better. Not only that but the teacher also needs to ask the children about what it is they find hard to understand and does not get during the lesson.
This would help us as teachers to modify the strategies and techniques we are using to better suit the children that we are teaching. By doing so we can ensure that most of the children are learning rather than expect that they understood what you thought.
This would save time and effort as if most of the children are able to get the lesson, then you only need to focus on a special few during remedial.
