13. Establishes a learner-centered culture by using teaching strategies that respond to their linguistic, cultural, socio-economic and religious.

When teaching, we need to keep in mind where we are teaching and the bio-ecological system the child is in. we need to know what culture the community practice and what kind of environment they have.
By doing so, we are able to integrate the things that they are used to and things that they see in their everyday lives. By doing so the child can relate better about the lesson and therefore can retain the information better as they are able to relate to it and experience it in their daily lives.
