As is stated in Maslow’s hierarchy
of needs, one of the basic needs of a person is safety. Only when the person
feels safe with the environment, only then they would pursue higher needs.
So as teachers, we need to ensure
that the classroom environment is safe for them so that they would safe and
secure and they would not fear of what could happen to them. by this they can
focus on the lesson that is being taught.
As a teacher, I ensure the safety
of my students every time we play and do an activity inside and outside the
classroom setting.
